He went above and beyond by picking me up and dropping me off at home so I could test drive the vehicle. After struggling for so long in a new city without a car, and having unpleasant experiences with other dealerships prior to contacting Nissan, it's safe to say that their customer service has me sold as a lifelong fan. Purchasing a vehicle is a huge milestone for most, I'd recommend René to anyone looking for a simple and pleasant purchasing experience. And let's not forget Rob. The guy made financing fun. When I then noticed the Murano In the show room and hought that one fits us better. Rene suggesting we take one for a ride and it was right then, love at first sight. Had to have one! Rene sat down with us and we worked out the financial plan that worked best for us and the deal was done. Again, we were not planning to purchase, but everything seemed to fit just right. Rene was very pleasant to deal with and did consider what was best for us. I would recommend to anyone who may be interested in shopping for a new vehicle, stop by Collin Nissan first. More
