I never write reviews but my experience was so horrible that I felt the need to publicly share. Several weeks ago a flat tire and came in to get it fixed. I spoke with the parts person who confirmed the t that I felt the need to publicly share. Several weeks ago a flat tire and came in to get it fixed. I spoke with the parts person who confirmed the tire would be there for my appointment. An hour and a half into my first appointment they informed me that the tire company sent the wrong tire. I was frustrated but understood it was an honest mistake. They told me the correct tire would be in the next day. I came back the next week (after calling to confirm appointment and confirming the tire would be there) and again after waiting a while was told they did not have the correct tire. When I questioned the manager on why this happened and why it was not communicated with me there were inconsistencies between what I was told previously and what he was saying. I was very frustrated about the poor communication l. When they later called to confirm the tire was in stock and to book the third appointment, my husband spoke to the manager who promised my appointment would be “circled” and I would be in and out within an hour. My appointment was at ten this morning and I arrived early and explained to the manager my previous encounter. I needed to leave close to noon to pickup my kids from camp which was more than an hour promised. After about an hour and ten minutes I kept asking employees how long as I needed to leave to pick up my kids. They kept telling me I was next or ten minutes. At 1145 the car still was not ready. I was panicking about not having a car to pick up my kids and started to get upset. The manager and employees seemed to brush me off and were not kind not helpful. I was very humiliated and felt if I were my husband at the appointments I would have been treated much differently. My husband and I have purchased several Jeeps including our two current vehicles here and will never be purchasing a Jeep from this dealer again. I would not recommend ever getting service there as well. More

As an older woman, I was anxious about going to have my car serviced. at Kelly Jeep in Lynnfield. I could not be happier or more satisfied with my experience. The. people were courteous and friendly and car serviced. at Kelly Jeep in Lynnfield. I could not be happier or more satisfied with my experience. The. people were courteous and friendly and put me at ease. The waiting area is also very comfortable. They were able to fix my car the same day which also relieved my anxiety about having to return another day. thank you! More

Just had my first service call everything went. Smoothly was taken in right away and ready to go in 45 minutes. Had a routine oil change on 2/24/24 Sunday the next day there was a big amount of oil under the engine. We bring the car back to see what went wrong. This dealer never recognized on any wrong doing. They sent my wife home on a Uber and said they will call her when the car is completed. Also they added that this should be only a few hour. The dealership never call us back on that Monday and they kept the car without calling and with NO communication that they had to keep the car.. This dealership has no care in the world on their customers life and how important this cars are to us. A simple phone call and better planning would be nice to the customer. My wife missed 2 days of work and my daughter missed also 2 days of school. The problem here is that the dealership had yet to accept that they didn’t something wrong while doing a routine oil change on Saturday or any apologies…. Be aware out there. STAY AWAY!!!! More

I was treated so poorly at the Service Center with Reis. I told him I would provide feedback as I was mistreated and can only imagine how immigrants and people who don’t speak English are treated.
