We purchased a used Volkswagen in December 2024 from this dealership. When we got home (Port Colborne) and after trying the infotainment screen we realized it did not work. The salesperson did not advise o dealership. When we got home (Port Colborne) and after trying the infotainment screen we realized it did not work. The salesperson did not advise of this malfunction (nor of the back seat that did not go down) and it was such a distance to go back to Oakville and we didn't think they'd repair it, so we didn't bother to tell them. Then, in speaking with the VW dealership near us, we were told that it should have been working when they sold us the car, and that that should pay to have it repaired or replace. So, when we received their 'customer satisfaction' email, we advised them of our disappointment that this touch screen was not functioning. They have refused to repair it, saying we waited to long and that they are certain it was working when we bought the car. In otherwords, we're not truthful. VERY dissatisfied and disappointed. More

Totally miserable experience buying the car a few years ago, and the same experience trying to purchase it off the lease. Sales reps simply won't return calls. I've called the dealership several times alre ago, and the same experience trying to purchase it off the lease. Sales reps simply won't return calls. I've called the dealership several times already - they take the info, but never call back.... Won't recommend, and won't return as a customer! More
