The Best Dealer Experience Ever I'm not one to normally write reviews however the service I received from Ken Shaw Lexus was exceptional and beyond what I am used to and I feel m I'm not one to normally write reviews however the service I received from Ken Shaw Lexus was exceptional and beyond what I am used to and I feel moved to express my gratitude. Raymond Kan handled my needs with skill and grace. I had a private buyer trade-in to add to my own car purchase which made it trickier to coordinate. Raymond and his manager Simon went beyond my expectations to ensure everything was taken care of and even the buyer of my old Lexus was more than pleased. Raymond was upfront with everything and I felt like I was heard and supported throughout the process like he had my interests at heart. Jeff in service and Nick in the body shop also deserve special mention as they also went out of there way to make my the owner of my trade-in get what he wanted and saved us both some money. I wish experiences like this were more common which is partly why I wanted to post this - so other dealers learn the value of a really good customer experience and what that looks like. Steven More

I kept my first Lexus ES 300, a 1999 model for fifteen years and they always treated me like it was a brand new model. A Lexus loaner was made available for no cost every time I brought the car in, their Lexus lounge is very comfortable. Their costs were always reasonable. When I bought my latest Lexus last year, I gave my old one to my son and he is now a Ken Shaw customer. More
