He is of the highest character and moral integrity, founded on ethical selling practices. He's licensed in ethics too! He went above and beyond the call of duty every step of the way. I was well-taken care of through every step of the buying process. Raymond handled everything from sales, coordinating financing with TCCI, secure wire transfer, permits/licensing, assisting with the transporter and providing documentation for Manitoba Public Insurance. Always quick to respond, Mr. Kan is very sharp in anticipating inter-provincial bottlenecks, and is efficient in providing the best solution. Raymond is passionate about the Lexus brand having personally owned numerous Lexii. He fully understands the Lexus value proposition and is a true professional. He truly cares about the customer and positive entry into the Lexus brand and spent hours with me (after the sale) providing knowledge transfer on Lexus design, safety and tech features of the NX. I flew into Toronto for 2 days, taking delivery on day 1, then shipping the car off w/ Raymond straight from the dealership on day 2. The car will arrive in Winnipeg in 2 weeks. Just had the worst experience, at any dealership, while dealing with Christopher Aloisi, Sales Manager at Ken Shaw Lexus. Who is just a recent addition to this dealership. Contacted him to ask when we can dealing with Christopher Aloisi, Sales Manager at Ken Shaw Lexus. Who is just a recent addition to this dealership. Contacted him to ask when we can expect to receive our second smart key for our NX350h which we took delivery of back on November 22, 2022. He was rude, arrogant and didn’t in the least care about our concern. I told him the Lexus Corporate office told me to contact the Sales Manager at the dealership where we purchased the vehicle and express this concern. Mr. Aloisi informed me the person who told me to contact him didn’t know their job. And he didn’t hold back to inform me how good he was at his job. In the end he was absolutely NO help at all. Totally useless, When I pressed the issue about the smart key he hung up on me. REALLY!!! A so called Sales Manager hangs up on a customer?????? How rude and ignorant for someone in that position. If Ken Shaw Lexus allows this kind of behaviour and treatment to customers, to exist in their dealership, they may soon lose customers. And justifiably so. I would not recommend this dealership as long as Mr. Aloisi is employed. If he couldn’t be bothered with our concern what will he care about others. More
