Matt my sales person greeted me and my Dog Bronx, He was polite and respectful to me , made us feel welcome right away the sales team gave me good price on my trade inn and we were able to structure a deal I was happy with. I had concern about purchasing from a dealership 800 km away from my home, I was contacted by Rabih the sales Manager who addresses my concerns about maintenance or warranty work going forward. This sealed the deal for me knowing my voice was being heard. Marcel R Pomerleau. More

Amazing authentic staff, great after purchase experience We went into the dealership because we saw a Used Dodge Ram available at this location. My wife and I were fortunate to run into Constantine Stamatio We went into the dealership because we saw a Used Dodge Ram available at this location. My wife and I were fortunate to run into Constantine Stamatiou to help us. He was so authentic, genuine, sincere, and trust worthy. Our whole shopping experience was great from beginning to end. There was no pressure sales tactic. We went in just to "look" and although the one we saw online wasn't available anymore, Constantine was patient to find us the Rebel Model which we haven't seen. This ended up being the one we purchased as he was very genuine in doing a deal that would work for both parties. We purchased a Jeep before from another dealership and had always felt it was a horrible experience. After purchase service was also dismal, but this was different at this location. Purchase promises were kept and we got something that was a great deal and exceeded expectations. The financing part of it was dealt by Moid Bari and he was very patient in explaining all the details. Thank you Ontario Chrysler! More

He made my wife feel comfortable and relevant, which is rare in the vehicle sales business. He went the extra mile to make the deal happen and did not hear the word NO at any time. True honest old school salesman! Tinu in financing was a delight with a great sense of humor. Raymond the sales manager was also very accommodating and courteous. The whole process was very fast and organized. Nice happy atmosphere. Looking forward to dealing with Gord and the rest of the team for my next purchase! More

He also checked over all paper work so there would be no problems. We told him we just wanted to buy car and no other extras. This worked out well as there was absolutely no pressure for extras. We also dealt with Raymon who was very friendly and helpful. He did point out there was 2 more years of full Chrysler extended warranty available. We were able to get this 2 years of piece of mind in the deal. Anwar is a busy guy who in our opinion works very hard to look after his customers. Thanks. More

Fantastic experience buying a used Audi S5 I recently bought a used vehicle from Ontario Chrysler. Adam Rapier was very professional, honest and forthcoming with information about the vehicle. I recently bought a used vehicle from Ontario Chrysler. Adam Rapier was very professional, honest and forthcoming with information about the vehicle. He understood my concerns, and the key differentiator to me was that he wasn't pushy. I worked with Adam and Raymon to get to a price that we were both happy with. They also worked with me to arrange a pickup date and time outside of the norm to fit my schedule. I have no complaints about my experience. It was smooth, seamless and friendly. More
