I recently purchased a Dodge truck through Sherwood Park Chev. I am not easily impressed, however dealing with Austin has restored my belief that some people DO actually care about your opinion and thought Chev. From the moment my wife and I walked into the dealership and met Austin, the entire process of purchasing my truck went smooth. Austin has the kind of demeanor that the usual car salesmen doesn't have..... which is personality and integrity. The fact that the truck I was looking at happened to be Austin's personal truck, made it much more special as he was excited to sell it and tell me everything about it that only a former truck owner would know. When I picked up the truck, they had it spotless and it's the first time I have ever seen a Dodge truck in a Chev showroom. Definitely a touch of class you guys, and gals! Impressed! The perfect truck for him is now the perfect truck for me. Two Thumbs up Austin for making my experience truly one to last. I promise to take good care of 'Bo"! Another brand new truck! We came in for an oil change on our 2017 vehicle. Harrison greeted us and made small talk about what we were getting an oil change on. We ended up mentioning about maybe wanting to trade up, but yet our truck was still brand new. We ended up sitting with Harrison, and with NO pressure at all, looked into some ideas. We ended up with another brand new 2019 truck! Harrison even hung out with our little man, our 2.5 year old. The entire process was great! We are return customers for a reason!! More
