Our first visit was very long (there was a truck with mostly everything we wanted but When Ralph went to the sister dealer to get it, it had already been purchased by someone else there.)I guess it didn't get put into the system. Ralph did everything he could to find us that one and then we decided to order and he was very patient and helpful while we decided exactly what we wanted, we did not feel pressured. He kept us up to date on the progress of the truck along the way and changed everything over for us and had everything ready. He did a great Job. Jeff in parts was also very help full, knowledgeable and accommodating. More
