Another Awesome Experience I just took possession of my 2nd Jeep Grand Cherokee (a 2017 Summit) at Team Chrysler and I want to compliment Ralph Baboolal for his very professiona I just took possession of my 2nd Jeep Grand Cherokee (a 2017 Summit) at Team Chrysler and I want to compliment Ralph Baboolal for his very professional approach and patience in dealing with me. As I mentioned this is my 2nd Grand Cherokee (both through Ralph), the first being an Overland back in 2010. Ralph considered all of my minimum requirements from that first purchase when I mentioned to him that perhaps I should be looking at a newer vehicle after 5 years in the Overland and was ready for my barrage of questions when we got together. Thanks Ralph and I am sure we will be "dealing" again in a few years. I also want to mention the outstanding service that Shane Marion has provided the past 6 years and already dealing with me again with the new Summit.
