As I mentioned this is my 2nd Grand Cherokee (both through Ralph), the first being an Overland back in 2010. Ralph considered all of my minimum requirements from that first purchase when I mentioned to him that perhaps I should be looking at a newer vehicle after 5 years in the Overland and was ready for my barrage of questions when we got together. Thanks Ralph and I am sure we will be "dealing" again in a few years. I also want to mention the outstanding service that Shane Marion has provided the past 6 years and already dealing with me again with the new Summit. Shane knows I can be very picky about my vehicle and everything needs to be exactly the way it should be and he has been at the top of his game when dealing with me. Kudos Shane!
