When it turned out the first vehicle was out of reach (as I suspected) he was able to come up with a great alternative that checked almost all the boxes. I felt like he listened to me and did not attempt the “hard sell” that would have ended our session. The financial end was handled very well by Nicole, she took the time to find the best financing and did not press hard for any of the extras they offered during the discussion. Coming past experiences at other dealers, she was a breath of fresh air and made finalizing the deal easy and friendly and we shared a few laughs while waiting on the computer responses. Lakewood kept to their promises and the truck was delivered as promised with a full tank of gas and ready to roll and has been fun to drive. I would recommend Lakewood Chevrolet if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. More
