Sales staff was great, but from the time we signed for the car and then left the lot with it, I was very disappointed. We had written into the contract three things and only 1 was taken care of and I now the car and then left the lot with it, I was very disappointed. Then they tried to add on a couple thousand dollars to the sale, one of which was a $1000 dealership fee that was not part of the deal. They had to “call Honda direct” do remove it. Shouldn’t be there in the first place as sales said there were no other fees. Finance was very pushy for extended warranty. We should have been in and out in 30min, but it took 2.5hrs to get our car. More

He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with me as he explained everything, so I could make an informed decision, and get the best vehicle for my money. Cars have changed so much electronically in the last 10-15 years. Jonah walked me through all the bells and whistles of my new ride, taking his time to demonstrate, and letting me try things for myself, until I was satisfied. Everyone in the financial team, Eli, Andrew and Yasser, made financing and paperwork a breeze. Thanks to them, I was able to drive out with my new car from the dealership the next day. The entire team at Wheaton Honda was exemplary. They really treated me like family and with respect for the customer. This is the model dealership, and what others should strive to be. I'm looking forward to returning here for servicing, and any of my other car related needs. More
