I had two very good interactions with zender ford. My f350 just turned 10 years old with 12000 kilometres. So it is due for some issues. Unfortunately the issues both happened while on holiday & three days apart. The service department took the truck in with out making an appointment. That is unheard of where I am from. The dealership loaned me a car, my cost was for insurance only, again this was a huge relief and easy. Great way to operate a service department. I will give them a call if I decide to purchase a newer vehicle. Oh and the staff were great to deal with. More
