To save time, all I can say is that Rachel Santos was a key figure in why we bought from Premier a second time. Rachel was friendly. The was my first time buying a car in over 10 years and this was also my first Subaru. Rachel lessened my anxieties about the process. I found that Premier Subaru team were flexible with my situation and timeframe. The other staff I interacted with to seal the deal were also pleasant. I've been back the service team, and they are very courteous and I love that they have a whole greeting team upon arrival, which makes me feel very welcomed. I would return to buy another vehicle if I needed to. The vehicle was/ is a winner - no mechanical problems whatsoever. I'm very pleased with my Crosstrek and how I have been treated at Premier Subaru Middlebury. More
