Hello. I’m very disappointed in the service at this dealership. I purchased a new 2025 3/4 ton pickup here and also brought 3 family members to purchase at I’m very disappointed in the service at this dealership. I purchased a new 2025 3/4 ton pickup here and also brought 3 family members to purchase at this dealership. Adding up to nearly 300000$ and the service I get is absolutely disgusting. I’ve had an issue with my truck for nearly a month and I brought it in and waited about 3 hours for them to bring it in for 15 minutes and tell me nothing is wrong with it and tried to charge me 90$ for an inspection. I told them I would like to take someone for a drive and show them my issue and they say they don’t have time. While they are wasting mine in the process. Warranty is such a joke and these guys think they can just do as they please with my truck I payed 95000$ with. Anyways I brought it to westlock Chevrolet today and they gladly came for a drive and they noticed my issue right away and within an hour it was fixed. Thanks for the shotty work northgate. You won’t catch me in that dealership again. Once you sign papers and they have your money your nobody to them. More

I'm a senior and had recently moved into this area of town and this was the first time I used the Quick Lube at Northgate Chev for an oil change. All the staff that worked on my vehicle were excellent, e town and this was the first time I used the Quick Lube at Northgate Chev for an oil change. All the staff that worked on my vehicle were excellent, explained thoroughly, courteous, efficient. I'm terrible with names due to my age & hearing aids, there were at least 5 of them on the floor that interacted with me. I think two of them were Justin & Sam? Will definitely be a repeat customer. More

The dealership seems to me friendly and the sales people are not pushy when it comes to looking at vehicles on the floor. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased for Northgate GM, in both times the are not pushy when it comes to looking at vehicles on the floor. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased for Northgate GM, in both times the sales people were very helpful and answered all my questions and there was no pressure to purchase a vehicle. More

I switched to Northgate from Saint Albert due to great service. The service provided by Shaun and Lee is top notch. I have four of my vehicles serviced at Northgate and my son just purchased a new RST Z71 service. The service provided by Shaun and Lee is top notch. I have four of my vehicles serviced at Northgate and my son just purchased a new RST Z71 from Frank Romano. The sales process was smooth with a no pressure approach. I would recommend Northgate to anyone looking for a great purchase experience with great service. More

I had an oil change done on my Cadillac SRX on Dec 22, 2022. On the invoice, the tech entered the wrong vehicle year, the wrong licence plate number, and the wrong VIN. Recently purchased our 3rd vehicle from Andy Shepherd and Shawn Dempsey, as before the process was enjoyable.
