I just picked up my car from Premier, that was in for a big engine repair, and was super pleased with the whole experience. Brian, the service manager, and Bob, the owner, were involved as well, making sure my best interests were served with the warranty company. This level of attention and concern is exactly what a customer wants when dealing with a service department, so job well done!!
