Bought my trade in to be appraised as they would not give me a price over the the phone. Met Christian and took a test drive. He answered all my questions and is a nice guy. I was looking for a luxury package with navigation the price I was quoted by Philip for the sticker price $55015 with my trade in and through the lease program was $38946.53. I phoned Edmonton Motors and talked to Kelly Wilson who was great. Ended up buying a 2015 SRX with premium package sticker price $59350 for $34420 same trade in and through the lease program. All this was done over the phone. CMP has lost a customer! More

Fantastic Deal and Awesome Service Nowadays it is rare to find such exceptional customer service as we received at CMP Auto. We first tried to make a deal at Shaganappi GM because it w Nowadays it is rare to find such exceptional customer service as we received at CMP Auto. We first tried to make a deal at Shaganappi GM because it was close to our home, but after receiving such poor treatment, salesman's broken promises and poor attitude, in frustration we looked for somewhere else to get our new car and found CMP Auto by accident. We arrived on a Friday night after closing time but Philip Dagodog, welcomed us into the showroom. I was prepared to leave and come back during business hours, but Philip introduced himself as the Sales Manager and said "no problem...we are happy to help you", and introduced us to Salesman Norman Burgos, who was also very gracious and welcoming. We told them what we wanted and not only did they substantially beat the price at Shaganappi GM, they provided us with a beautiful rental vehicle when we quickly sold our car. They included extras like floormats, and gave us an excellent deal on paint protection and other items we wanted. The professionalism, courtesy, patience and follow-up we've received from this dealership was absolutely outstanding. We haven't experienced anything like this in our 50 years of buying cars! For anyone in the market for a car, you would be crazy not to visit Norman Burgos (403-207-1027) at CMP Auto. We are not easily impressed, but "gentlemen" like Philip, Norman & Robert are so rare that we recommend them without reserve. (Sharon & Bob) More
