Working with Phillip Dagadog I came into CMP for the first time after coming from another dealer that I have past history with. There was nothing wrong with the other dealer, I j I came into CMP for the first time after coming from another dealer that I have past history with. There was nothing wrong with the other dealer, I just wanted to shop around and look for the best deal. Phillip was the first person we saw in the dealership and he immediately introduced himself to us. We quickly explained what we were looking for and knew exactly which vehicle we were speaking about on the CMP ads!! He explained to us about the offer and that it was unlikely another dealer could match it. He even went online to show us that competitors did not have the same selection for the vehicle we wanted. We made an offer and Phillip graciously took it for approval. After we had settled on CMP’s “best deal”, I called my previous dealer to give them a fair shot at it. As Phillip had predicted, they could not quite match the deal and we purchased from CMP. During the entire process, Phillip was very accommodating and gracious and answered all of our questions quickly and professionally. I have had to contact Phillip a few times since picking up our new vehicle and he has maintained his gracious manner and quick response time! I look forward to working with Phillip as our vehicle gets maintained and for our future purchasing needs. It was a pleasure to work with Phillip and there was no “high pressure sales” from him at all!!!! More

First Time Buyer - Chev Malibu As a first time buyer I had no idea what I was in for, but thanks to Philip and Ryan I was confident and happy with my first car purchase! They were both honest with me, giving me the pros and cons and always had my best interest in mind. Philip was amazing! He was efficient and knew exactly what I wanted and needed. He stayed within my budget and did his very best to make my experience enjoyable (truly had fun from the start to end). He was patient and always answered my questions; to the extent where he would walk back and forth with me from new building to used building or to the car numerous times just to make things clear for me. He took the extra mile to make sure I was well informed and was confident and ready to buy. Ryan made sure I had all the information I needed financially and explained every little detail I needed to know about warranties. He was easy going and no pressure at all to purchase add ons for my car; he educated me about what they offer, the reason behind them and gave me time to consider without the push. In the end I came to CMP to look for a car I would need and came home with a car I needed, wanted and love, an amazing stress free finance plan, and a fantastic experience for my first time car purchase. I will for sure come back to CMP for my next car in the future! Also my bf and sister will for sure come visit next year to buy a car from you Philip!!! More
