I purchased a Hummer EV from Sherwood Buick GMC while living in BC, and the contract stated they would deliver the vehicle to me. When it arrived, I noticed several scratches on the matte-finish panels. living in BC, and the contract stated they would deliver the vehicle to me. When it arrived, I noticed several scratches on the matte-finish panels. I immediately documented the damage and emailed my salesperson. The dealership was slow to respond and ultimately offered no real solution. Local body shops confirmed the panels would need repainting. When I sent them the repair quote, their only response was that because the truck is leased, they would “note the scratches,” which is unacceptable since I may purchase the vehicle. Over a year later, they still have not taken responsibility or repaired the damage. For a high-value vehicle like this, I expected much better service. I cannot recommend Sherwood Buick GMC. More
