From the moment I spoke to the dealership I was treated with professionalism and offered the vehicle I was interested in immediately to test drive. The entire process was very well managed and handled in a timely fashion. I originally met with Brian for the initial test drive and Brian was very helpful however due to unavailability of Brian to suit my schedule Brian requested Jake to take the lead on the deal. In my opinion both Jake and Peter went over and above to meet my needs. I will consider Halifax Chrysler for all my future needs. More

Our future plans involve travelling to the Yukon, Alaska and the American west coast and at some point, towing a Lite RV or our sailboat. Chrysler Halifax was extremely helpful in identifying a vehicle to suit our needs. We are thrilled so far with the Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk I purchased. We do appreciate the very low interest rate, although we were hoping for a bit more return on the 3 year old Hyundai Veloster we traded in. I liked the way that the sales rep, Terrance Riley, understood what we wanted in a vehicle and he 'cut to the chase' early in our discussions. A very knowledgeable financial associate, Peter, was very professional, helpful , personable giving me clear information in the development of the purchase deal, He made sure I was aware of all elements contributing to affordability and reliability in purchasing a new vehicle. This Jeep is my fourth Chrysler. In the 70's I had a Mercury Monarch Carmen Ghia, in the 80's a Chrysler Newport, in the 90's a LeBaron convertible and now, in retirement, a Jeep Cherokee! I have always enjoyed great dealership relationships both in Ottawa and London and hope that this continues with Halifax Chrysler! Thanks again to Terrance and Peter for making me feel welcome and helping me determine how to continue my Chrysler journey! More

I immediately returned to Halifax Chrysler as I knew they were so great to me in January and am so happy with my new 200 LX (Her name is Carla 2.0). The team of Jake, Peter and Bill once again were awesome. This was the same team I dealt with in January. The stress of the accident was minimized with the professional services I received at Halifax Chrysler. They are an awesome team!!!! Totally happy!!! More

When it was found out, that the vehicle was lacking tire pressure sensors on the winter rims, their solution was to provide brand new allow rims, complete with new tires and sensors installed, free of charge. If I ever buy another vehicle, I will be dealing here again! More
