Really great experience! My husband and I came to Wheaton West Honda with the unsettled feeling that our business wasn’t valued nor appreciated by another local Honda dealer My husband and I came to Wheaton West Honda with the unsettled feeling that our business wasn’t valued nor appreciated by another local Honda dealership that we’d dealt with for the past few years. Immediately we noticed an aura of positivity and professionalism within the dynamics of this dealership. Everyone from the friendly young lady who works at the front desk to the sales people specifically Darrin were responsive and clearly interested in our potential business. Peter was also a pleasure to deal with. Our new car purchase has been finalized and once again I’m reminded of the reason for my longtime loyalty to the Honda brand. Thank you! More

I realize these are different times however I have never walked away from buying a new car feeling so dejected. We were in a difficult position having totaled our car and little inventory available. I called Wheaton Honda to see if they had any vehicles and was told they didn't know and would call me back. Hours later I decided to drop by to check. The salesperson couldn't care less. As I was told there were people in line to buy. The car was overpriced as expected given the times however a little customer service would have been appreciated. When I came back for the delivery of the vehicle a nice gentleman went through everything with us which we appreciated. The joke as we drove home was we didn't even get a keychain... All this being said I was treated very differently at other dealerships during these trying times with much more respect and positive customer service. The other dealerships didn't even have a vehicle to sell me but I walked away wanting to return I cannot say that about Wheaton Honda. More

So, this is going to be a bit of a long read but I just want to make sure I give you all of the information so you can have a better idea of what to expect when shopping at Honda West. So, I was looking f want to make sure I give you all of the information so you can have a better idea of what to expect when shopping at Honda West. So, I was looking for a nice used car, something with a good reputation and gas mileage and of course my first idea was a civic and I still feel confident saying Honda West has some of the best prices in Calgary and I found a great deal on a used 2018 Civic. It was such a good deal I actually stopped and thought that with discount stores in any industry when you tend to trade price for customer service and boy did, I lose the customer service. The oddities started when I was talking to the finance salesman about the unit and he showed me that the car had 15% of its breaks left, something which I asked if they could fix and when he went to his manger, they said they had to because otherwise they were not allowed to sell it, something they would have done if I did not ask. Then when I picked up the car there was no quick walkthrough of the car, they just handed me the keys and got me out the door, which is fine, I just thought it is odd that I get a better walkthrough of a product I get from sporting life then a $20 000 car. While that was a small inconvenience it got way more questionable. I purchased the car in March and come May when the weather started to heat up, I noticed that the A/C was not working, so I try to text the Salesperson who sold me the car and he never gets back to me. So, I text the Finance Salesman and he says that I am no longer covered under the cars warranty, to which I point out that I was sold a car without A/C to which he literally texts back “talk to your salesperson, he isa the one who sold you the car.” So, after this I was a little confused so I literally just call the front desk worker and explain to hear my situation and lack of help the dealership was providing and she assures me that while there was no sales manager in at the moment someone will call me the next day. And as you may have guessed the next day no one called me. So, after a few days of not receiving a call, I literally go into the store just so I can talk to someone. From there the front desk worker makes a call and gets my car booked in for a exploratory service and they find that the A/C is not working and not only that, there is a factory recall for it because this is a known problem. A problem I fell like someone should have definitely known about and been a little more helpful in this process. Anyways, then I am told that they don’t have the part in stock and they don’t know how long it will be so I still will not have air conditioning, and then we had the week of 35-degree days which was no fun when driving to Red Deer with no A/C. They did the part in pretty quick, I believe within 3 weeks, but even after they fixed it there now it makes the same squealing noise as my friends 2006 Cobalt but there is not way, I am going back to them. Finally, the reason I waited so long to write this review is because I wanted to get my car serviced to see if there was anything else wrong with my car and as you probably could have guessed by know, I needed new breaks. Honestly, from my experiences, the fairest I can be is that the prices are very good, however as soon as one thing goes wrong, they are going to be loss then no help. More

Gerald made us feel that our needs were most important in our dealings with him. Gerald was courteous , friendly , and went the extra mile for us even in small ways.
