Your response was posted after 15 plus email exchanges about the complaint that we were misled about the maintenance coverage on the car at the time of sale and you declined to remediate it. Based on your perplexing response to a review here it reflects that either you get lots of complaints about customers being potentially misled into sales and you forgot the one from day before OR you don’t read reviews and just post a scripted response. May be this time it will be a better cover up response.
