I was delivered to work while they worked on getting an approval for me. My sales rep, Ryan Sawchuk, stayed late, missing his baseball game, to ensure I walked out with a car that day. Ryan really made the entire experience easy and stress-free. I would recommend him, specifically, to anyone looking for a vehicle as he really went above and beyond and is an incredibly personable individual. At no time did I ever feel that I was just a sale or that commission was more important than finding me a vehicle that would be appropriate for my budget and my family. I would recommend anyone to see Ryan if they are in need of a new vehicle. He was 100% honest and upfront. I even waited a few weeks before writing this review just to ensure the vehicle wasn't a lemon - it's fantastic, running wonderfully and handles great. He was very welcoming and friendly and took the time to listen to what we wanted. He was a joy to work with and made the entire process surprisingly enjoyable! He was honest and kind. Would highly highly recommend working with him!! We worked with Paul in finance and he was also great. He was pleasant and upbeat and brought a very approachable vibe to the table. I appreciated hearing about his kids and seeing his human side and not just business and numbers. Finally, we briefly encountered Will the next day when we picked up our new truck. He was a great person to cross paths with too! He was a very joyful person to finish our final tasks with. He was able to answer questions and help walk us through the final steps. Overall that dealership has a very good vibe and we would definitely deal there again. More
