Well it all started with Tem leaving a voice mail on my phone and leaving a text for me to contact him when he heard I was semi interested in upgrading my Chrysler 300 to a newer 300 so I decided to return phone and leaving a text for me to contact him when he heard I was semi interested in upgrading my Chrysler 300 to a newer 300 so I decided to return his call and we talked told him the only vehicle and colour I would be interested I also stated I’ve walked away many times from many dealerships he told me that’s ok but I now know what you want and will get to work and have the vehicle you want even if we have to get it in from a sister company so the next day I came in for our appointment met with Tam he says I have the vehicle you are looking for right outside it came in on a truck yesterday went to look at it with him to my disbelief it was exactly what I wanted and I thought wow a car sales man that actually listened to what I told him I wanted then to the next hurdle the deal lol well there was some back and forth on that one but Will somehow made the deal work so well that it was impossible for me to walk away and for that thank you Will you exceeded me expectations then once a deal was reached it was finally handed over to finance to which I got to deal with Paul he was just a happy cheerful guy went in and sat with him after he got me my approval waited maybe 30 minutes for that then signed paperwork no bs no hidden costs today I am very happy with the whole team at GP Chrysler Thanks guys More

I am a repeat customer of Jordan’s, I called today after lunch with my “must haves” on a new Ram, he took my trade in details and I came in and drove off a few hours later with exactly what I wanted... and lunch with my “must haves” on a new Ram, he took my trade in details and I came in and drove off a few hours later with exactly what I wanted... and then some!!!! Nice place, nice people. Overall I’m happy with purchase but getting to the finish line was a bit of a hassle. If salesmen are contacting a customer to see if an upgrade is wanted they should have a little but getting to the finish line was a bit of a hassle. Came to Town for Groceries, Left With a Jeep GP Chrysler has been by far the best dealership to work with, and Dale has been the most fantastic Salesman to deal with by far. Since our first phone GP Chrysler has been by far the best dealership to work with, and Dale has been the most fantastic Salesman to deal with by far. Since our first phone call he has been nothing but helpful. From having my jeep started and warmed up when I first test drove it, explaining the entire process in detail, checking in with me to make sure everything was going well after the purchase, and my favourite, turning his truck radio to the World Jr's game so we wouldn't miss anything while my jeep was getting detailed(because priorities). I will definitely be recommending Dale to anyone looking at buying a vehicle! More
