Fantastic experience! I visited another dealership first to inquire about trading in my truck for a SUV. I was treated horrible. I was talked down too, and I was given a v I visited another dealership first to inquire about trading in my truck for a SUV. I was treated horrible. I was talked down too, and I was given a very low ball offer. I was told there was only 1 SUV in their entire stock that I could afford (without increasing my payments by $100 biweekly) and they tried to bully me into buying the vehicle that was a big downgrade from my truck and that I did not want. I then went to Dodge and talked to Dale. I explained the situation and he was 100% honest with me about what my options were. He spoke to Will and together they offered me several different options. These options were drastically better then the only option offered at the other dealer. Both Dale and Will were 100% honest with me, they even told me what they would sell my truck for if I traded it in. Needless to say I left with a “new to me” SUV and my payments did not increase. My old truck is now listed for sale and guess what- it is the exact price they told me it would be listed for. I would without a doubt recommend this dealership and they have gained a lifelong customer with me. More

this dealership has some of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of working with, so much so that I've never even thought of going anywhere else. for the last 15 years or more from Brent the gm, B had the pleasure of working with, so much so that I've never even thought of going anywhere else. for the last 15 years or more from Brent the gm, Brad the sales manager and especially Donny an Cj my salesmen. These people have gone way above and beyond to help us especially when they do not have to. 1 example is my wife purchased her first vehicle with them and then they helped her reduce her interst rate getting into another vehicle that was set up similar to what she had, which went even farther when she got into a very bad accident a few months after get the second vehicle. I got personal calls from all of them asking how she was and if we needed anything, which shows me that they care more about the person than anything else and above anything else. I introduced them all to kids not just as a perspective sale but instead they treated them as people which has always impressed me, and they treat everyone that I bring them the same way. No matter where I am these people will always be my first and only choice to deal with. More
