What a gentleman Paul is...you just want to hug him. Nancy was a joy to work with to finalize the paperwork. Both very knowledgable and helpful. The showroom is modern and immaculate. Worth the drive across the city. I came away with a smile :) I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends and going back here for my next vehicle. More

I already had an old Corolla and I was completely satisfied however I wanted to shift to a full size car for my family. I had a chance to have Mr Paul Baretto as my dealership who was recommended to me from somebody else. He is an honest and a very friendly person. He is very professional and knows technical details about vehicles. He was really patient to answer all my questions and concern regarding the new Camry and services across the country. He spent a lot time with us to help us choose the right vehicle, required options and suitable color. Thanks Toyota On the Park, Hossein More

The main reason for the purchase was the level of service and complete dediacation towards customer satisfaction provided by Paul Barreto starting from the initial contact up to and then well after taking delivery of the vehicle. As one example we encountered diffficulty some time after taking the car with setting up and operating the communication package. Paul volunteered to help and spent considerable time addressing our problems and offered if necessary to help us again. I spent almost 40 years in engineering sales and management and learned during this period to recognize and appreciate the level of low-key professionalism demonstrated by Paul during the entire process. I sincerely trust that Toyota on the Park is properly cognizant of Paul's abilities and performance. Robert Morton 43 Ruscica Drive Toronto, Ont., M4A1R2 416 759 2727 More

Mario and his team are always very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous excellent sales and after-sales services from the staff of this dealership. Mario and his team are always very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous and they treat all customers with great respect and professionalism. Recently, I dealt with Paul, and he has been very helpful as well. He took time to explain the different features on the vehicles I had in mind and gave me the time to assimilate all the overwhelming new features included nowadays in new cars. He even checked after the delivery of the car to make sure everything was ok and extended his help. My commitment to Toyota is certainly due to the overall "Excellence" of "Toyota on the Park", and to Mario and his team for the services they provide. I have no hesitation to recommend this Dealership all my friends and relatives. More
