Paloma was very helpful. But I am not happy with finance department. I was informed that my payment would be approximately $717. When I opened the sales agreement it states $ But I am not happy with finance department. I was informed that my payment would be approximately $717. When I opened the sales agreement it states $906.71. I am currently trying to get this corrected ASAP. I spoke with Paloma and emailed Miguel Silva on this discrepancy. More

Paloma was fantastic. She is very knowledgeable of her job and does it extremely well. She kept us updated prior to visiting the dealership tracking the vehicle we were interested in. If all the salespeople are like Paloma, I understand why they sell a lot of cars. Joshua, the team member who arranged the financial portion, was great too. He explained all the features and charges pertaining to the pricing. We understood why the things purchased were necessary. Jazmin, was great as well. She had us sign all the paperwork pertaining to the vehicle. She explained as well the importance of the extended warranties, contacts, etc. Overall, our experience at and with Camelback Toyota was exceptional. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. You will not be disappointed. More

Initially, when I got there, I was very unhappy as I had a scheduled appointment with Conor and he left to go somewhere without communicating with me (although we had been texting back and forth) I almost w a scheduled appointment with Conor and he left to go somewhere without communicating with me (although we had been texting back and forth) I almost walked out, because I found this very rude and inconsiderate of my time However, Paloma quickly came to offer her assistance and was amazing! She was very professional and took her time to make sure she knew what I wanted and needed. Thank you, Paloma.. Because of Paloma, Camelback Toyota will continue to get my business. More
