Stopped because I needed air in my my back tired on passenger side. They said drive in and they would take care of it. I told the guy that this has happened before. The guy then said maybe I have a slo passenger side. They said drive in and they would take care of it. I told the guy that this has happened before. The guy then said maybe I have a slow leak and that they could check that for me. They did and I had a slow leak. I asked if they could patch it. They said yes and that they could do it now. It would take about a half hour or so. Sat in the lounge and had a lovely hazelnut coffee. Paige (a very nice lady) came by and told me that I had 2 screws in my tire and that they were very close together so they could do one patch. She also showed me some stuff about my Ford pass. I came back later and had that wheel retorqued since I had to Edmonton and back. Staff were friendly, helpful and respectful!!!! Would recommend this dealership for service!!!! Thanks everybody!!!!! More

We had two vehicles serviced between June 24 and July 03, 2024. In both service times the Zender Service team pointed out future concerns and ones that required immediate attention (our safety was forefront 2024. It is a pleasure to drive a safe vehicle. We even had a little glitch in the process that was handled with professionalism and with customer satisfaction at the top of the list. Thank you, Paige, Alex, Rob, Paul and Rick. We have enjoyed this level of service for about 7 years when Zender Ford Service department fixed a problem that another Ford dealership could not. More
