Great Sales experience from making a deal, to delivery of my truck. I had my vehicle 2 months before the new one came in . Noland was always in touch with me and they kept the price promised to me . Price protection is a joke. Forced to buy or they would sell truck from under me. Claimed truck was in good shape. Windshield wipers so bad in winter the vehicle needs to be parked due to safety issue of no vision because windshield wipers do not work. Chev has ignored complaints from consumers for years. 6 months after I bought vehicle i find out chev and gmc have been stealing the extra remotes from used vehicles for their new vehicles. 6 months and they still cant get me a remote. Advertised as having floormatts. That was lie too. Wherever this vehicle was assemled it was not with chev parts. More

From ordering a vehicle to finance, this dealership was awesome. We shopped around with numerous other dealers (as the vehicle we wanted is near impossible to find right now), and Nolan was one of the best to deal with. We decided to go with a different dealership because the vehicle we wanted would land first there, but I would go back to Sherwood GMC and Nolan anytime! Responsive, honest, and extremely easy to deal with. Thanks Nolan for all the help and when we look to trade I’ll be coming to you first! Big kudos to the Dealership as well for not forcing any add ons to increase profit. I really respected that I didn’t get told there’s a mandatory 3m and undercoating package like other dealers did.
