I bought a CPO 2017 MDX from this dealership and problems started the first week of the purchase, the service department worked to address my issues but the amount of time spent back and fourth to the dealer started the first week of the purchase, the service department worked to address my issues but the amount of time spent back and fourth to the dealer was a terrible experience considering the car was sold as CPO. On 09/25/2023 we were driving on the Garden State Parkway and the driver seat collapsed while driving and i almost crashed the vehicle. I took it to the dealer to find out the car is out of warranty and the seat is considered as normal wear and tear. The dealer gave me a quote for 3,000.00 to get the seat fixed which is unacceptable. I was told to contact Acura Client Relations which i did and they stated its not a manufacturer issue and will not cover the cost, thats unacceptable as well. This is my 3rd Acura and i will not purchase another because of this experience at this dealership. More

I am lost of words, its like I was asleep, I was completely taken advantage of at this dealership. From beginig to end everything was written down in a scrap peice of paper in a rush, at the close o completely taken advantage of at this dealership. They handed my son a usb disk and told him that everything about the vecle transaction was there but when we printed it out after 4 days, nothing was there regarding the price, fees, etc. The 2020 Acura RDX had no inspection sticker on the windshield. Is the car realy certified? was any work done on the car? How much did we pay? I know we put down $12,000.00. The brake is bad, I am comletely shocked. Even the financing from Wellsfargo was communicated to us verberly no paperwrk was given to us. More

I purchased a used 2019 tlx 5-2-22, and needed service on 5-3-22. In and out of service for the past 6+mon. Engine light on for more than 4 months. From needing break fluid to needing 2 catalytic converters. 5-3-22. In and out of service for the past 6+mon. Engine light on for more than 4 months. From needing break fluid to needing 2 catalytic converters. I made my 1st and 2nd payments on my loan, while my car was in service. AC didn't work for the whole extremely hot summer. Many wouldn't believe just how much I went through. All the while I'm being told it takes time to get out of contract. Six months later I was told that if I wanted out of my contract my down payment would not be refunded and I would walk away with nothing, or may even a balance on loan to be paid by me. Feeling frustrated and defeated I allowed them to do what little they can and finally stopped fighting. I HAD A HORRIBLE DISRESPECTFUL EXPERIENCE FOR 6+MONTHS!!!. P.S.The "response" from DCH is a JOKE. DCH is cool with making you feel like a FOOL for dealing with them.I've called 1-2 times a day everyday since DCH'S "response", not even one call back.. Steve Hodossy must be a computer generated mythical entity. DCH continues to be the most regrettable purchase I've EVER made. Thank you DCH AND NOW STEVE HODOSSY FOR THE CONTINUED DISRESPECT!!! Had a relatively pleasant sales purchase however everything thereafter from this dealership is a 0! Couldn’t reach my sales, calls went answered and despite kindness was hung up on to avoid answerin everything thereafter from this dealership is a 0! Couldn’t reach my sales, calls went answered and despite kindness was hung up on to avoid answering questions. That was sales. Service wow! Another nightmare! No one calls, updated, multiple calls just for very basic information, have you seen or evaluated the repairs on a brand new vehicle with major technical issues and when it maybe ready 1 day 25 days whatever! But no one ever calls back or responds to messages other then Maureen, who takes the information and says expect a call back. Guess what never does. Avoid this dealership at all levels! More
