Booked for our change, tire rotation and then repair electronics related to volume control. I ended up paying $380 for an oil change and tire rotation. The team did not repair the volume control stating electronics related to volume control. I ended up paying $380 for an oil change and tire rotation. The team did not repair the volume control stating it was not covered under standard warranty, despite owning the vehicle for under 1 year. The team then phoned me, attempting an up sell for wheel/tire issue for $1,800 which was not needed as confirmed by a local mechanic. Absolute worst experience. More

The personnel in the repair area are very nice to deal with. Although I am still waiting for a new key tag. When I picked up my car there was on,ynone GMC key to give me. The service staff are very helpful and accomodating. I am disappointed the the salesperson who I worked with or someone else has not reached out to me by phone to see how satisfied I am, review my contr I am disappointed the the salesperson who I worked with or someone else has not reached out to me by phone to see how satisfied I am, review my contract and if I have any concerns. The dealership I spoke with prior to choosing this one, has contacted me about how the car is working etc. And offered help with any issues. That should be coming from where I actually purchased the car. It has been a year since I obtained the vehicle. I think that I will reconsider this dealership when it is time to change my car. It may seem like a small thing,but to me it indicates a "slam bam thank mam" mentality. More

The detailing was perfect. It’s like I have a brand new car! While I did have quite a long wait due to how busy it was the day of my appointment, the dealership did not charge It’s like I have a brand new car!
