Great Service. Nick took great care of me making a convenient appt. that included a loaner car. Excellent service management, good service advisors, average to extraordinary service technicians, good to excellent folk in parts department. Bought my car from this dealership 10+ years ago. The stellar aspect of the service department is the Service Manager: I know cars and I can catch a sloppy technician nearly each time. This Service Manager, Dan Geist, knows his stuff, is honest and he is not defensive. So i like going bavk to Glanzmann. More

This issue was resolved by the dealership and a credit was given for the emission inspection cost. I am satisfied with the resolution but also hope the dealer recognizes the need to courteously give new c was given for the emission inspection cost. I am satisfied with the resolution but also hope the dealer recognizes the need to courteously give new car customers a year of emission exemption and inspection at time of purchase. A new car owner should not be faced with either safety or emission inspection within the first year of purchase. First of all let me say I have been generally favorable of my experience with Glanzmann in the past. However this is a very different year with Covid. I purchased a 2020 Outback in the beginning of June 2020. It had an April (4) Inspection sticker. I drove the car about 2500 miles during the year and here at the end of April 2021 I needed inspection. I was under the understanding I would not need an emission inspection due to the low mileage but one was done and I was charged for it. The associate told me that I needed to own the car for a full year. but I was of course caught in a spot where I needed inspection, I feel this was wrong and due to Covid at the very least should have been excempted. In fact Glanzmann should have given me a 12 month exception at the time of purchase. The law states this - the vehicle is a new car, not previously titled and driven less than 5,000 miles before registration; motorists should receive an exemption sticker valid for up to 12 months upon receipt of the new car from their new car dealer. I received nothing. I also requested at the time of purchase that my inspection month match my registration month and that was not honored. If it had been I would heave been able to bring the car in and have it inspected at the one year point. So how many people has Glanzmann ripped off this year with unnecessary emission inspections? Probably mostly elderly people like myself. I tried to discuss this with the associate but it was useless. I won't rate anyone here because I don't think this is anyone's fault in particular but a policy problem with Glanzmann. They should have realized the situation they were putting me in . If there had been a one year exception I would not have needed the emission inspection. Lets face it the emission thing on any modern car is a farce anyway with less than 4% of cars failing. Excellent from Start to Finish I cannot begin to thank Glanzmann enough for my most recent experience. The customer care I received was fantastic - everyone I came in contact with from start to finish was patient, kind, efficient, and a total night and day contrast to other dealerships I have dealt with. It was so comforting knowing that my car was in such proficient hands and was constantly notified as to any updates regarding changes in status of my vehicle, which is unheard of at most dealerships. Dana Goodman kept be abreast of every notification he had received regarding my Impreza, always keeping me in the loop and never leaving me in the dark - I cannot tell you how fantastic it felt to receive this level of customer care, its unheard of in todays typical dealerships. As a business owner myself, I cannot express enough how difficult it is to find a dedicated and knowledgable employee, Glanzmann Subaru should consider itself lucky to employ someone with the customer service proficiency that Dana Goodman possesses. Service Advisor Chris Waldron Chris coordinated my service appointment for installation of 4 General Altimax RT43 tires along with an alignment. Nick G set up the appointment and made sure the tires were ordered so I could qualify for a $75 rebate from Continental. Dave Duff handled the installation and alignment. My hat's off to all! More

Ongoing excellent service at Glanzmann Since buying a Suburu in 2016 we have had the occasion to use the Glanzmann service department many times. We have found them reliable, professional, and knowledgable. When we bought the car we lived anout a mile from the dealership but moved to center city Philadelphia 2 years ago. We still come to Glanzmann for service based on the excellent car care, our trust in the competence of the service dept. and the fact that they are extremely accomodating, always fitting us in and adjusting the schedule to meet our needs. For he last 2-3 appointments, George was our representative and he has been great, very responsive, on target relative to timelines and always willing to answer all my extra questions. I would be pleased to have George as my Glanzmann service contact ongoing. In addition, I have had several interactions with Nick by phone and he has always been most flexible with appointment scheduling. More
