Absolutely terrible all round. You cannot make up how awful this service department is. Since buying my vehicle in 2016 I have only used the service department at Roswell Mazda. My You cannot make up how awful this service department is. Since buying my vehicle in 2016 I have only used the service department at Roswell Mazda. My previous service was a disaster. They could not find the problem with my vehicle and they did not close the air filter. My car sounded like a tractor. They also lost some clips that holds the engine cover on. I talked to the manager, took my car back and they fixed everything. I decided to give them another chance for my next service (that was my mistake). Once again they could not diagnose a specific problem. They told me the car was ready about 1 1/2. Then they realized that they forgot to replace the coolant. They asked me to wait until this was completed. 3 1/2 hours later I found my car parked on the side of the service area. No one told me my car was ready. They are clueless. Don’t make my mistake - go anywhere else for your vehicle maintenance. More

Worst service, I have asked them to fix the windshield fluid and it was never done. Complete chaos and recklessness. When my initial salesperson had to step away from the company, Ashley stepped in and made sure I stayed informed as my delivery date approached. The Service Department at Mazda of Roswell is HORRIBLE! I assumed my first negative experience with them was a fluke. Making an appointment for an oil change was difficult. They made it seem like I was a I assumed my first negative experience with them was a fluke. Making an appointment for an oil change was difficult. They made it seem like I was asking for "the impossible" just to get them to service the car that THEY sold me. After waiting several days, I was granted an audience with the technicians and received an oil change and tire rotation. I did, however, turn down their recommendation to change a filter (for $60) and opted to replace it myself (for $10), they texted and emailed me for weeks trying to get me to come back in and purchase their overpriced equipment. My second experience was even worse. My 4 attempts at calling the Service Department were in vane. No one would even answer the phone and their "mail-box was full". The receptionist had to walk back to the Service Desk and ask them to please pick up the line. When my call was finally answered, I was told that I would have to wait almost 3 weeks for an appointment. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I went down the street and received an oil change and a tire rotation for half the price that I was charged at Mazda of Roswell on my first visit, and I was in and out within an hour. No appointment necessary. How do you stay in business when you can't even service what you sell? That's 2 strikes. I probably won't stick around for a 3rd. More

Roswell Mazda location is clean and inviting. Associates are friendly. I brought my CX-9 in for routine service and had no plans on test driving any cars. Ron approached me as I was walking in to pick up my car. He was very friendly and had a contagious smile and was not pushy. I ended up test driving the Mazda 3 and the Miata. Ron did a great job of explaining the features of both cars. I will definitely be returning to Roswell Mazda to purchase a Miata stick shift from Ron when the time is right. Thank you Ron! More

Go to Mazda of Roswell and ask for Ricky! I walked in blind last week looking for a Premium CX-50. Ricky was awesome to work with, he made the process super smooth and easy. I had all the fluids replaced on my precious 2011 Mx5 to keep it running like new. Love my Mazdas! After years of purchases & scheduled service from Mazda of Roswell I keep coming back because I trust them. Can't say that about every new-vehicle sales & service organization but I sure can about them! More
