Thank you for responding. After reviewing the services completed and your accounts we believe the confusion is how long the work should take and the updates while the work was being completed implying they had forgot to complete a service along the way. We generally try to update waiting customers during their stay especially when they have a longer service being completed. We have spoke with him and encouraged him to share estimated times of repair at the beginning so you can have a proper expectations and a goal for us to achieve. We understand your time is valuable and the last thing we want to do is waste it.

Perhaps I was not clear enough in my review. My second to last service resulted in me having to go back 2 times after the service was completed because Mazda Roswell did not complete the service properly. This points to the competence of the services they provide. When I gave them a second chance and took my vehicle to Mazda Roswell for my last service, they forgot to perform one of the service items while I was still there. They told me they were taking the vehicle back to complete the service. 2 hours later I found my car parked on the side of the service center. The service had been competed and Nick did not tell me the vehicle was ready. Lord only knows how long it had been there. When I confronted Nick he was shocked and surprised that I was still waiting. This again points to the competence of the staff and the poor customer service. These issues go well beyond just communicating the waiting time with customers. For what it’s worth, Nick told me the service would take 1 hour. I WAS THERE FOR 3 1/2. The communication is pathetic. Please don’t play down the issue for what it is. Mazda Roswell don’t care about customers - they seem to have plenty of business and clearly don’t need or care about my business. I need to carefully consider the quality and competence of the service department when purchasing my next vehicle.

Thank you for detailing various scenarios where you concerns are heightened. Good news is we have flexibility to help in cases of emergency and delayed scheduling is normally in regards to routine service. For your convenience we schedule your next service at the same time you complete your current service to hold that date for you as well. If ever an emergency scenario arises that we can not get you in immediately we keep a large selection of loaner cars to make sure we take care of our valuable clients. As you are getting used to servicing your car with us I would recommend taking advantage of our customer relations department. They specialize in ushering you through this. Hopefully, this has helped quell your concerns and we hope to assist you in the future.

Thank you for your non-responsive response. If you have been dealing with the "influx of demand to your service department" over the past few years, it might be time for you to determine that your strategy to improve your customer relations is not working. Having to wait almost 3 weeks to get my car serviced, (yes, the car that you sold/guaranteed to me), is simply ridiculous. I mentioned to the "scheduler" that my heater/AC fan had a problem and only works intermittently. Am I supposed to wait 3 weeks, dealing with Atlanta heat and cold, until MoR grants me the privilege of looking at it? What happens when I have an out of town emergency and simply want to make sure my car is road-worthy for the trip? Am I supposed to tell my dying relative that I can't rush to their bedside, and they will need to hang on for another 3 weeks because I can't get my car serviced? If you have a 3 week waiting list in your Service Department, perhaps you might consider offering an alternative plan/location to accommodate your customers needs. Just sayin'
