Very poor response for wasting my time when I was very interested in buying a used minivan. Phoned ahead to give Napoleon time to get the minivan ready. He did nothing. It was so buried in snow I drove r interested in buying a used minivan. Phoned ahead to give Napoleon time to get the minivan ready. He did nothing. It was so buried in snow I drove right by it. It seems like he didn't care or even want to sell the van. I am very disappointed because that could have been the van I was going to buy today. Oh well guess I will go to Saskatoon after all. Wanted to buy local. Could have phoned me and apologized but Napoleon did nothing. If you are to buy at Capital stay away from Napoleon. More

I was pretty skeptical walking into ford after a horrible experience 8 years ago...thankfully this purchase was far better.
