Making a service appointment was easy and it was entirely on line. I arrived early and I was happy that the process started immediately. My car was finished as promised, just over an hour. The waiti entirely on line. I arrived early and I was happy that the process started immediately. My car was finished as promised, just over an hour. The waiting area was well stocked with refreshments which I appreciated. I would have given 5 stars and I realize it is an extremely busy service department which can cause a bump in the road.
