In my most recent adventure I did end up going through the twists and turns (and a little 'bait and switch') ... until I contacted Leduc Chrysler. Within an hour after initial contact on the phone, a proposed deal was on the table that was both fair and reasonable to both sides. No pressure sales tactics. No BS. I will admit it was a tick higher than another dealership, but it was a small premium worth paying for the straight-forward approach employed by Rob for the vehicle I wanted. Certainly better than the 3 days of back and forth at another dealership which was a total time waster. More
