There was absolutely no pressure. We instantly felt comfortable dealing with Brad and most important to us was that we trusted him. We then had the pleasure of meeting with the Financial Manager Natalia Sotnikova. An extremely well spoken, knowledgeable professional. We never once felt pressured into anything and a real pleasure to deal with. We then had the privilege of meeting Christina Randell (Customer Relations Administrator) who took the time to explain the many features of the truck to us. A very patient person she is...lol. Obviously very knowledgeable and no doubt a great asset to the dealership. Its not easy teaching folks how to use the large number of options available in a vehicle now days. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Christina who released our vehicle and went over the service details and inspection reports and got the vehicle ready to go for us, she was an awesome help! And our financial person Natalia Sotnikova was beyond helpful as well. She was super patient and swift with gett No us through the signing process and got us a great financing option that I couldn’t be happier with. She did her job perfectly while having my 4 hyperactive children being crazy in her office, so thank you! On top of all this, one of the employees of the dealership noticed a slight oil spot on the ground underneath the vehicle and took it in the shop immediately to go over it and repair a simple issue free of charge after we had signed and supplied us with a rental vehicle promptly thereafter. They will be driving into Edmonton to deliver our new/used vehicle and take back their rental vehicle without us having to leave our house. Top notch service and couldn’t be happier. Great Customer Service I waked into Leduc Chrysler to look at the new model of 2018 Durango's. The sale associate Shawn didn't have one in stock yet. I received a phone call I waked into Leduc Chrysler to look at the new model of 2018 Durango's. The sale associate Shawn didn't have one in stock yet. I received a phone call a couple of weeks later from Shawn letting me know that they just received a new model for me. It had every option I was looking for. The sales team quickly worked out my best price and after market options. They passed me onto Natalia in Finance where she worked hard to get me the best rates and additional services. She was a miracle worker. Christina helped us walk through the vehicle and make sure we were OK with everything before we left. I have purchased many new vehicles in the past 15 years from multiple dealerships in the Edmonton area and this has been the most dedicated, and knowledgeable team I have ever dealt with. This recent Vehicle was the SECOND new vehicle I have purchased from Leduc Chrysler in the past 6 months. And I'm still impressed. More

I first sent I found buying a vehicle at Leduc Chrysler to be an all around very pleasant experience, which is tough to say for many auto dealerships. I first sent my specifications for the exact Jeep I wanted to several dealerships. A quick response was gotten from Cory McMullen who found a very similar vehicle to the one I wanted, and he also gave an option of factory ordering the exact vehicle. I opted for the factory order as I wanted this to be my own from the start. When talking with Corey, he was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He quickly came up with a price quote, including the trade in of my present vehicle. I had done a fair bit of research and knew the new Jeep pricing and the Canadian Black Book price of my vehicle. He came very close to what I was expecting, a fair price for me and the dealer. He gave me the bottom line price, no extra surprise charges, and no high pressure to add other packages. When I picked up my Jeep the transactions were done is a smooth professional manner. Everyone made me feel very comfortable. Natalia was extremely pleasant and professional. She had all the paper work ready to go. She took care of adjusting my insurance with my company. Christina did a thorough job of explaining the Jeep and all the functions. She even showed me how it self-parks. All in all I found all the staff at Leduc Chrysler to be extremely friendly and professional with no hassles or high pressure tactics. I will strongly recommend this dealership, and in fact already have. More
