From start to finish Brad, Josh, Natalia & Christina went above and beyond to ensure a flawless sale. Ours was not a "typical" trade-in situation, but Brad took it all in his stride and was a true professional; a professional who knows his team and his industry inside and out. I drove over 200kms visiting 4 different car dealerships in Edmonton on Saturday, spending countless hours talking to the wrong people. I text Brad at 3.24pm, he called me at 3.25pm, we were at the dealership at 3.50pm (they close at 4pm) and we left at 4.50pm that day with the sale locked in. Natalia was fantastic in her delivery and explanation of the finances. She made everything so simple and crystal clear. Just another great experience of the whole process. I am a firm believer that relationships in business are absolutely paramount. Brad and his team could not have made a better 1st impression. There is a reason that these guys do not advertise or have radio jingles....they simply don't need to. They listened, took into consideration everything we were asking and most importantly cared.
