My wife and I owned a 2018 Ford Explorer. Which we purchased from Concept Ford.. After I got the Ford Explorer I realized I got taken to the cleaners and I was paying $1200.00 per month. The sales person who assisted me with this purchase was Kelly, and I felt I could trust her from the get-go. I place a lot of emphasis on my first point of contact, if I get a good feeling I proceed, if not, I don't bother proceeding. Kelly was my first point of contact and she was the main reason why I continued with this purchase.
