I own a 2022 Hyundai Palosade Calligraphy bought it brand new $61,000 car & I’ve had soooooo many problems with the service side of Hyundai the whole time I’ve owned it. I just left there Friday for an oil change my experience was so bad the SALES side had to step in & make sure i was taken care off. Matt McKellop went above and beyond to help make sure i was taken care of before he did my appraisal on my vehicle. This family has purchased 5 or 6 cars from Ft Myers Hyundai with Rex. I can not say enough wonderful things about Rex. Always goes above and beyond.
