Morgan started working in the automotive industry in 2011 as a Lot Attendant right here at Finch Chevrolet. In 2012, he moved over to our sister store, Mercedes-Benz London, where he managed the lot until February of 2014 when he joined the Sales team at Finch Chev. Whether he’s at work or away from work, Morgan lists cars as his primary hobby. He attends car meets, Cruze nights and car shows year-round and he enjoys working on his own cars in his spare time. Beyond that, Morgan also enjoys living a healthy, active lifestyle. He runs the trails along the Thames River and Boler Mountain on a daily basis and he snowboards whenever he gets a chance during the winter. Morgan has been a loyal member of the Finch family since 2011 and he strives to grow in his experience and knowledge every single day. We are very happy to have him on as a member of our sales team!

My wife and I got her new car from Finch and loving it. The staff at Finch, especially Morgan Crosbie and Shawn Lalande were great. They took the time to understand our needs and what vehicle would work be The staff at Finch, especially Morgan Crosbie and Shawn Lalande were great. They took the time to understand our needs and what vehicle would work best for us. They helped us through the “build” explaining each trim and available options so we got exactly what we wanted at a price well within our budget. Once ordered they kept us informed on the status and delivery date and when it arrived Morgan sent us video of our new car on the truck. All in all, a great experience so much so we have a second vehicle on order for me. More

Cant really hold the dealership responsible for a certain individuals actions , I've heard alot about this dealership (good things) from friends and family but my experience was the ABSOLUTE worst with Morga individuals actions , I've heard alot about this dealership (good things) from friends and family but my experience was the ABSOLUTE worst with Morgan Crosbie , lies and a selfish individual... was more worried about me signing my bill of sale and leaving a deposit than actually educating me on the car i was inquiring about ... i made sure to ask the questions i needed answered before going ahead and he lied saying hes "looking at the window sticker as we speak" and that the vehicle has 360 camera and active cruise control when it indeed did not , when i asked him why he lied about that and his answer was "Its used not brand new" which made no sense to the situation AT ALLLLLL. Horrible experience with him , wouldnt send my worst enemy over to him .... STAY AWAY FROM THIS MONEY HUNGRY MUNCHER. More

Great experience Morgan Crosbie was my sales rep for my car purchase. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I immediately felt comfortable at the dealership and I never fel Morgan Crosbie was my sales rep for my car purchase. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Poor service I contacted Morgan inquiring a new or used truck and once I told him what I was looking for and that price that I’d like. He was very rude and ignorant with his response, would talk down to me and would not work with me at all or suggest any other model of truck and then completely ignoring my last email. Did not seem to care about his customer and put in very little effort to make his customer happy. I am very happy that I did not purchase a truck from him. I found a brand new truck that was better then what I wanted, a price that I was comfortable with and service that I was happy with elsewhere. If I ever decide to go to Finch for my next purchase he will not be the person that sells me my next vehicle. More
