Purchased a 2016 used Dodge Caravan Mohammed Al-Barrak was our sales rep. I contacted him first by email and he was very helpful in setting up a time for us to test drive the van. Mohammed was great in his review of all of the features of the van and he was very patient when assisting with the technology information. Keelan assisted in the negotiation process and was instrumental in closing the deal with both of us happy with the price and the trade in on my vehicle. If I have only one complaint it is that Ingrid was not terribly helpful - the sales contract was incorrect, she was unfriendly after we decided not to take the extended warranty. It took her until almost 9 p.m. the next day to get the information to our insurance company. However, the pick up of the van went smoothly with Mohammed assisting with the set up of the GPS and offering to help with the bluetooth. I love my new van!! Thanks Mohammed and Keelan for making this work. More

He showed me cars that fit my criteria and price point. I did make a few mistakes. I thought I confirmed that my mini van came with ear phones and a remote as it was equipped with dvd players. I forgot to make sure it was on the contract. After I bought the car I was surprised that was not the case but mohammed would ask the manager. The manager did oblige and all was fine but if you are buying a car make sure you make sure to go though all the minute details on the contract. More
