It was corrected so I grateful it was resolved. Sometimes things crop up and it takes a minute but it happens to everyone. Ryan Surbey made buying a truck fun! I really don’t enjoy buying a new vehicle and I generally don’t like sales people, but Ryan has changed my views after my recent experience at Zender I really don’t enjoy buying a new vehicle and I generally don’t like sales people, but Ryan has changed my views after my recent experience at Zender Ford. From trade in value to helping find a vehicle that fit my needs (not so much what they want to sell), Ryan was a straight shooter and didn’t stop until I was happy with the vehicle I signed for. He is knowledgeable on anything Ford and is just fun to vehicle shop with. Thank you, Ryan for a great overall experience and I am loving my new F-150 with no buyers remorse or feeling like I was “taken for a ride”. So we Met with Eldon Cook, to show us the Vehicle & test drive it. Well it was great, Eldon is such a gentleman. So Friendly,helpful, sincere op & smiling not sneering. Honest & forthright. We also Met Brandon a sales mgr. Another really nice guy. We were totally in awe with the treatment that we got from all the staff that we dealt with. They all wanted to help us. I.e. I didn't know how to operate some of the electronics & Ryan another salesman was very willing to help us. No problem "Come back & we will help you!". So I did & I will if need be. Thank you! Awesome awesome awesome Our experience with Christian Davey was an unique one in that we just met him on Feb 28, 2015 for the first time in our lives but he has made us feel Our experience with Christian Davey was an unique one in that we just met him on Feb 28, 2015 for the first time in our lives but he has made us feel as if we have known him forever. He was not your typical salesman where you feel all sorts of pressure to buy that vehicle and if you don't their family is going to suffer. The funny thing was we came into dealership to purchase a car for our 16 yr old son and ended up getting a new truck for us. Our experience with Christian was top notch from time he introduced himself, he ensured that everything went well during the whole process and even contacted us to see how our drive home after we picked up our truck went even though he was done work for the evening. My husband was away at work and Christian sent him daily photos of the progress that was being made each day. My husband is pretty particular when it comes to what his truck can do for him since he uses it to make him money and this new truck fits the bill for him. It offers a quiet gentle ride but you can't help but feel the solidness that this truck offers from the variety of options down to the necessary equipment it comes with you know you are truly getting a product built Ford tough. The fact that we were able to customize things like the warranty and maintenance plans to fit our driving needs is second to none as far and for the next 5 years we don't have to spend another dime on our rides and that is a wonderful feeling. We already owed one ford which we love and are now proud owners of 2 of them!!! Thanks for everything Christian and Sandra and if you need a new ride choose ford as your new ride and choose Christian as your salesman and you won't be disappointed I guarantee it!!
