There has never been a minute where we weren't satisfied from every angle. This recent purchase was a Rav 4, and we love it! Gary was professional and very instrumental in helping us make the decision we did. We needed a higher Vehicle due to my Husbands new Hip replacement - and Gary let Brian sit in every Vehicle there was available, and we ultimately agreed whole-heartedly on the Rav 4. Gary took the time to explain everything to us..........and if we don't remember all of it - it ISN'T Gary's fault!!!! (Only our ageing minds!) Our next Vehicle will be bought once more at Whitby Toyota as the whole team works as not only a "team" - but as a "Family" and they treat us as part of that Family. We couldn't ask for better service, or attention than we have received there on numerous occasions! Keep up the good work Gary! (as well as your other great guys we dealt with! More

I inquired about a Scion FR-S that I had seen on the website and received a phone call from Andrew the next morning. I was surprised that Andrew was able to let me know about my inquiry... on a holiday monday! When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by many familiar faces and felt at home right away. Between Miles, Chris and Andrew, the three gentlemen worked out a price that was do able for me and my budget. I thank all the Staff at Whitby Toyota and look forward to doing business again with them in the future. More

Over the years we have done some comparison shopping and there is NO dealership that even comes close to the service, reliability, flexibility, price, and quality of professionalism. I have had the opportunity to meet many of the staff members over the years and all have been terrific. The staff truly know their products and are willing to take the time to explain what you need to know as a customer. The good thing is that I am confident that my car will receive excellent follow-up service in the years to come. The team in the service department will bend over backwards for their clients. I am so happy to give Whitby Toyota a 'five star' rating! More
