Being a mechanical engineer, a mechanic and motorcyclist for over 60 years and having owned similar MB products for over 19 years, I only had TOUGH questions for Mike. He answered every one, patiently. The entire experience was smooth. Quick response time & always willing to help. We would definitely purchase another Mercedes through Mike. It was great in every respect .... the only bad thing I can say about Mike is that every now and then he wastes several hours wandering around, hitting a small ball, then walking for miles looking for it, finding it and then again hitting it all over the golf course.
