My car salesman Mr Olsen made me feel like I was a burden. I got a new Subaru ascent from my old one and never took the time to go over any updates or whatnot. Nothing new but they gave a pretty low trade in first offer. But, the worst thing about this dealer is that they nickel and dime on everything, including charging a fee for using a credit card for any s offer. Sales person was responsive as was Ben Stroh and people who answered when directing my calls. I think I overpaid and didn't get my rubber floor mats yet which supposedly were out of stock.
