Mike Loritz and Mark Toews were very professional in helping me through the process of getting me the best deal. At one point, Tim Beach, General Manager, approached me to make sure that I was being attended properly. The Financial Services Manager, Tyler Doherty was very helpful. Mark Peters walked us through the different features of the vehicle before he handed us the keys. Overall, it was a very rewarding experience. A GREAT team. More

He introduced us to John, the New Vehicle Manager, and we were able to have a fine chat with him, too. Jim, the Delivery Coordinator, did a super job of showing us the 'must know' parts of our Rav4 before we left the premises. Wil and Gary capably walked us through the finance part. I was introduced to Mike Loritz who was knowledgable, friendly and passonate with the products and John Gaskin who assisted in closing the deal. More than adequatly handled by Tyler Doherty in Finance and what can I say about the formal walk through with the one and only Jim McAlorum!!! (would love to hang with this guy at the Xmas party!!) I purchased a 2015 Toyota Corolla and was treated royally by not only Mike , but also those in Finance and in thw "car delivery" dept.; namely, Tyler Doherty and Jim McAlorum..
