Was in the market for a new Ram 1500 TRX and inquired on few of the ones they had listed on their website. I was told by their salesmen Clark units were available. I told him few of the TX's are discounted while others were not and if they could apply the "Finch discount" to the other TRX's that don't have it. Clark told me there are no discounts and I told him they are discounts stated on the website listings. He said he would reach out to his manager and get back to me right away. Hour goes by and no call. I knew something was wrong and luckily my browser was still on their website so I recorded and screenshotted there TRX inventory. I noticed all discounts removed and prices increases of $40-60,000 on the same vehicles. I contact Clark he acted as if he didn't know me and then just said that the vehicles are actually all sold. I told him 4 trucks sold in an hour or the price went up $40-60,000. He said "yup that's the price". Asked for manager got denied then laughed and hung up on the phone. Initially reached out to Micheal P. (VP Customer Relations) who seemed not to care nor communicate with me. Came up with all sorts of excuses and in disbelief of the entire situation. Have reached out to Jordin (CEO) who forwarded my issue with Mike B (Managing Partner). Mike ultimately claimed my situation and the increase in pricing to "website issues". After that the website applied general RAM discounts to all models when TRX were supposed to be excluded. That's fine but doesn't explain how MSRP pricing on website went up, nor the actions and lies of his staff. “Sold vehicles” are still on the website. At the end of this I was able to take there "website issue" and "Finch discount" pricing to other dealers and get a better deal at a far more ethical customer focused dealership. Dealer Rater does not allow photo attachments or I would show proof in this review. More

This dealership is very dishonest and definitely not trust worthy. I made an appointment to view one of their used cars and confirmed the appointment before heading out as I was 2 hours away from them. trust worthy. I made an appointment to view one of their used cars and confirmed the appointment before heading out as I was 2 hours away from them. They where good enough to send me several pictures of the vehicle prior to me going as I told them how far away I was, I reviewed them and called them to confirm that I was very interested in it and that I was heading down to test drive it. They confirmed my time and said they looked forward to seeing me. The part that they forgot to mention was that they don't gaurantee the vehicle to be there in the time it took me to drive down there as they ended up selling it to someone else and all they had to say for themselves was "sorry, here's a gas card for the inconvenience" I asked to speak to the manager so I could find out how this could happen when I made the appointment and confirmed the arrival time twice with them, his reply was they can't turn away a for sure sale infront of them for someone who might not show up. So I asked him why do they bother having the appointment system to begin with if it means absolutely nothing to them to which he said, this usually doesn't happen so it's no big deal. This may not be a big deal to them but to me this type of business practice is very shady and complete dishonest, it just shows their attitude that they only care about customers, just money. Horrible place, would never trust them to stand behind anything they say, written or verbal. More

This is 2nd new vehicle I have taken delivery of from Craig in the last 8 months. The deal that he and his management team had made for me was 2nd to none. They saved me $ 7000.00 over the best deal the Craig in the last 8 months. The deal that he and his management team had made for me was 2nd to none. They saved me $ 7000.00 over the best deal the competition offered me. They had my new Grand Cherokee ready for me when they said they would without any issues at all. If anyone is interested in a new Stellantis vehicle or even a used vehicle I would recomend bringing your best deal to Finch and see what the team can do for you More

Who the xxxx are you? We have never met you so how do you know. Awful Service I purchased a Jeep Compass from this dealership Jan 2 2017. One month later I returned for my first visit to service for a leaking sunroof. I have be I purchased a Jeep Compass from this dealership Jan 2 2017. One month later I returned for my first visit to service for a leaking sunroof. I have been to this dealership no less then 8 times over the last 2.5 years to rectify the issue. I have been told everything from - you left it open - to its not leaking there is no problem. Each time I have been told it is my responsibility to get to and from the dealership for warranty work. If there is no leak, or your not able to diagnose the problem why is the water pouring out of the overhead lights onto myself and my passenger? I have been treated rudely and disrespectfully. The amount of human error on part of the dealership to fix this problem is ridiculous, missing bolts and improper placement of the sunroof leading to subsequent visits is unacceptable. This last time finally it was decided to replace the sunroof assembly, all the while the sales manager suggest that I trade it in to purchase something new. BEWARE buying a used vehicle as I am sure they pass off problem vehicles to unsuspecting victims. This time when I got my Jeep back I was given the paper work and the keys with out explanation of what was all done, and told to go find my vehicle around the side someplace. Thanks a lot. My Jeep was returned with no gas when it had at least a 1/4 tank, the sunroof is covered in white lines and dirty fingerprints, the sun blocker is dirty with black marks, and the water that was flowing all over the radio and console area was left to leave water marks. I asked for a call back from the service manger today, and have yet to receive a call. To make a long story short, do yourself a favor and purchase and service your vehicle elsewhere. Maybe rethink Jeep while your at it. More

Completely Disappointed I was very happy when I initially purchased my vehicle from Finch. I wasn't able to get the type of vehicle I wanted because of credit issues, but th I was very happy when I initially purchased my vehicle from Finch. I wasn't able to get the type of vehicle I wanted because of credit issues, but the salesman helped me find a vehicle better suited to my needs that I could afford. It's been about a year now and with my credit on the rise I started looking again for a truck. I emailed Finch's credit manager to ask about a loan payout document for my Jeep. He forwarded my email to a salesperson. I explained to the salesperson that I just needed the loan pay out info as I wasn't interested in any vehicles on their lot. He then proceeded to try to sell me a vehicle way out of my price range. The next morning I received a credit alert because he ran my credit without my permission. I emailed both the credit manager and the sales manager to inform them of what happened and have never heard back. This experience has completely changed my view of the dealership, I will never recommend them again, nor will I ever buy here again. 03/14/19 Update: Emailed Mike Beernink this morning, forwarding my original emails to him. Let's see if I receive a response this time. More
