$8 charge for refreshments while waiting for oil change is ridiculous. If charge is needed put it on the machines. I did not have refreshments and did not appreciate having to pay for them. Also, went out is ridiculous. If charge is needed put it on the machines. I did not have refreshments and did not appreciate having to pay for them. Also, went out to look at vehicles while I was waiting, and was never approached by a sales person. More

Payed $244 for services and never got a car wash I was told that there was a problem with the car wash, but just moments later I watched as a car was pulled through, getting washed. Sick and tired of you told that there was a problem with the car wash, but just moments later I watched as a car was pulled through, getting washed. Sick and tired of you people lying to me. This is only a minor issue; there have been far worse, like being lied to about the "radar" that was blocked after a deer accident. Your service department had me leave it with them for a week and was told it was ready. I won't detail it here, but I could write a 1000 word essay on it. Then there's the time that I got the oil changed, and as the odometer was coming up on the next oil change, coming off I-81 north to Buchanan, my oil light came on. I was told, by someone in the service department, that the oil had just peaked out, that the plug was still in the oil pan. Excuse me, but im 66 years old, and I have done enough of my own oil changed to know that oil doesn't start flowing until the plug is all the way out. I put a quart of oil in it thinking this might get me by; it immediately dumped out on the ground. Suggest people come to you for service? I think not. More
