Ryan is the Internet Sales Manager at Key West Ford and he contacted me very quickly after I showed interest in a vehicle on their website. When he called, I told him exactly what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend and he found the me the Escape that exactly matched my criteria! The sales process with him was fast and easy. Even after the sale, his service has been great. He has been very helpful with any questions I have had about the vehicle. I also dealt with Jag Dhillon at Key West. Jag was also very helpful in showing me the vehicle and explaining to me all the features. Buying a car from a dealership can be very uncomfortable and the sales people can be overly eager to sell you something more than what you may want, but this is not the case with the staff at Key West. They made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend dealing with Ryan and Jag if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. More

I work in customer support myself and I know how going the extra length can make the difference. Anyway, I sent key West a quick email not getting my hopes up, quickly received a helpful reply and a call for more details! Ryan Leverette was my sales Representative and he was very helpful, positive and made the process easier than i can imagine. Needless to say he along with his staff got me into the F150 I've wanted and I'm very grateful I didn't give up after the experience with Richport. Key west and Ryan's attention to detail was the first thing I noticed, their follow ups are very relaxed and timely. I am not surprised that key West is number one in sales volume last few years. Michelle took care of all the financing in what seemed like no time at all. Picking up the vehicle the following evening I dealt with Ryan. He had everything ready to go and spent some time going over more of the features with me.
