The service staff were helpful, but my vehicle was towed in with an oil line failure only a month after my last oil change (also conducted at Reliable). The service team did not get to my truck for nearly three weeks. This has been a consistent problem with Reliable. Hopefully new staff will join the service team and vehicles can be serviced more efficiently. More

I was sold a used vehicle which gave me a lot of problems right away, Greg and David at service center was helpful and tried what they could to get the vehicle running as it should. Mike in the used vehicle right away, Greg and David at service center was helpful and tried what they could to get the vehicle running as it should. Mike in the used vehicle dealership was able to trade in the first vehicle for a newer one. He made sure to take care of me and gave me a great deal on the newer one. Eddy was great in helping me and ensuring I was comfortable with the newer vehicle and answered any questions I had. Shoutout to Marcos for buying me a bottle of water.
